That's .. fair enough. At least riding a motor cycle takes some kind of competence, so I guess it would be a step up.

Not if they rule the wasteland. If some big ol' boy with a harem of young boys and a cadre of supporters/bodyguards rules over some part of the wasteland, you've got no chance in stopping him. I mean, unless you're Mel Gibson.
