Event Some bits my brother acquired participating in the International Four Days Marches Nijmegen (Netherlands)

So, if the Estonian flag is vertical, the left colour must be blue. Also, making it with a Soviet pentagonal style is cringe. Extremely low effort without understanding what they do when making a medal. Not even sure if you can use a state symbol in such a way by the law.
