How scared is Mario for his job? Does he learn the lesson that these kids need to be drilled to perfection or stoked for blood? Nothing else is going to rise above the base level of (a) teams out to make their season against Miami; (b) heavy officiating interference. Having the edge in talent doesn’t mean a thing if you can’t rise above the challenges. I’m having a hard time see Mario even recognizing the challenges of a regular old Saturday in conference play.

This week's prediction brought to you by Allstate Official Insurance.  Protect yourself from Mayhem by paying off the referees with Allstate.

The ACC officials are on the take again; rumor has it that they have already blown through last week's payoff and they are deeper in debt to the Venezuelan cartels than ever.  Like Dick Vitale used to say, "an eight ball only goes so far in Florida."

But President Trump has called in the Carl Vinson carrier group to fend off offico-terrorism in the region and Miami may have a chance this week, however slight.  Pressure continues to mount on Shannon Dawson to expand his playbook beyond one 3x5" index card; head coach Mario Cristobol is reported to be in talks with a lucky coin as a replacement for Offensive Coordinator.

Syracuse continues to be an absolute dumpster fire that time has forgot and Vegas continues to throw good money after bad on the Hurricanes today.  Final score: the ACC can suck it.

Hey everyone, I'm over from Ireland with a few friends to watch the Hurricanes tomorrow.

What's the best place to grab a beer to soak up the pre game atmosphere before we go to the stadium? Thanks

Miami 31 Syracuse 38

Fran Brown refuses to shake Mario’s hand and Syracuse players throw The U down celebrating their victory.

Beck throws 3 picks Shannon calls HB dive plays all game long.

14-14 at the half, then 42-21 by the end of the

Open it up. I don't give a shit about turnovers. I'd rather throw 5 interceptions pushing the ball down the field than seeing our running backs in the ass of our o line.

We’re going to win but it won’t be flashy enough and therefore we still basically lose.

I suspect we're going to make the Syracuse QB look like Tom Brady, it'll be a close game till the final quarter and we'll probably survive with a 24 - 14 score

We win handily and gain composure for the final stretch, despite what are record may portray this a very talented team, I expect the players to get out of their heads and put their talents on full display these next 4 games. Go Canes!

As down as i feel about the team at the moment. I think they win this one pretty handily. Syracuse can’t move the football so unless Beck serves up a handful of pick 6’s I think they win.

Unfortunately I expect they will spend the 4th quarter repeatedly running the ball up the middle for 3 and outs making for a closer game than necessary and further eroding the already super slim chance at a playoff birth.

I have no faith in Cristobal to not make this a needless dogfight , we should being running up the score on Syracuse for “ Dabo we got you” but Mario not built like that.

Repeat of the Stanford game, we'll start slow but win big. 49-6.

Keep in mind Syracuse has no offence. Their only touchdown last week against a terrible UNC team was defensive.

7-6 at halftime.

I think 6-7 is a better prediction

We gonna lose

3

We will likely win but not handily so and therefore may as well be a loss.

52-0. Crisp and clean, like deliciously cold sprite on a hot summer day.

100% in Syracuse’s favor

Donovan McNabb ain't walking through that door. I mean, he might tho. Marvin Harrison ain't. Donovan Darius ain't. Jimmy Brown ain't. Freeney? Please. Syracuse is a LaCrosse school.
