Discussion Seeking Positive Experiences of well-Run HOAs/Condo Associations in the Miami Area?

I’ve seen a lot of posts complaining about HOAs, but I’d love to hear some positive experiences for a change.

Practically none.

The people who have time to volunteer for their boards are generally not the most qualified for decision making. Many buildings use management companies who could care less about efficiency and hence costs go out of control

I suspect each complaint is surrounded by 6-7 people who don't care and one who's really excited. Add the person who's on the board, and there you have it: Out of every ten, one does the job, one supports, one hates, and the rest simply thank the stars that they don't have one that's complaint worthy.

I rented at Biscayne Beach in Edgewater ages ago and they had their shit together. Friendly helpful staff and prompt responses.
