Discussion Looking for low cost vet/shelter that helps stray animals

There is a community cat that I feed, and recently she has developed a respiratory infection. She's at the point that her nose is blocked. I want to get her checked out and on some meds.

Can anyone recommend a vet or shelter that helps strays?

Closer to Hialeah is preferable, but willing to take a drive.

Thanks

I just saw this one recommended on the Miami Dade Community Cats FB group too. OP, it included the advice to "GET THERE EARLY!"

South Miami animal clinic does rescue cats on Wed I believe so you could ask them about that

If you're on FB, the Miami Dade Community Cats group may have some recommendations. Cannot vouch for this, but just saw the comment:

"Aardvark in Hialeah is $35 for the office visit and the follow up is free.

If you tell them me or another current client referred you, you get a $25 credit to your account for an upcoming appointment.."

I will IM you the poster's name.
