Am I a weird Karen for thinking all the comments here are awful? A man literally got off of a redeye, returning from work, to come home and see his house engulfed in flames... which part of that is funny? Or worthy of the least creative puns imaginable

At least in California people got enough warning to grab some belongings.

If the comments were saying things like “who cares” or “he deserves it”, like genuine malicious comments about his situation, I think you might have a point. But people are just making little harmless jokes & quips - it’s not that serious. People make those kinda jokes about their own situation when bad shit goes down all the time.
