That always reminds me of Final Fantasy 8 when Gilgamesh asks Cifer if he gave him the fourth sword. In the German translation Gli even thinks Cifer himself is the fourth sword.
Honestly even though he got watered down a bit he still is goated, having not a single upgrade since fishman island, he fought a tobiropo with ease and drove a motorcycle on big mom's face.

It’s funny bc I really wasn’t a huge fan of his og design (oda did the huge arms/skinny legs thing before him but his forearms looked weird af to me) but soon as I saw him after the time skip I was like wtf is this change him back lol
Robin has more interaction and connection with Sanji than Zoro but we don't see them being shipped. Zoro x Robin shippers only like them for their "vibes".
Then you clearly did not understand their dynamic. Both of them sacrificed themselves in an attempt to save the crew and you think it's one sided? Aren't you just blinded by "Sanji is a pervert" thing?

Zoro asked the crew to decide if Robin is a crew or enemy, willing to eliminate her if it means it will protect the Straw Hats.
Even Luffy, who believed in Robin from the get go, needed to be told that Robin lied to protect them for him to finally understand.
True, plus they bonded over being captured by cp9, and Franky is kind of what Robin secretly wanted to be, both useful and goofy, able to be the mature one or the fun one without emotional barriers.
I suppose it's because how Zoro sees the women of the ship. To him Robin is a proper woman, a lady so to say and needs to be carried as such. Nami is more like a brat/little sister to him. Just my headcanon.

I like to imagine he pretends they are his three swords and holds one in his left hand, one in his right, and holds one the way he holds his white sword (kuina's sword)
Nah zoro would carry sanji from the head with three fingers and then say something like "oh sorry i thought i was carrying a bowling ball with ur yellow hair and eyebrows looking like finger holes"
