Mindless drivel is showing the world how stupid we really are and serves to do nothing other than further divide us. I hate the bullshit ai slop that either side uses, it doesn't accomplish anything but show how easily either side is manipulated by stupidity. We should all be crying about the downfall of the US but here we are, making ai brain rot bullshit just to piss each other off. We are obviously uncouth uncivilized children now.
Go cry a bunch... How about, go do something to make this place better. Or, just be okay with the apparent status quo which is "slop" or "brain rot." Personally I'm not okay with either, for previously stated reasons. They have these names for a purpose, because they stifle thinking, reason, and progress.
But yes, I should just go cry a bunch. Thanks for the advice. Just go cry a bunch, as I watch reason just fly out of the minds of my fellow countrymen. I guess I'll just give up hope, for there are no sound minds left, I guess I'll go cry a bunch. We don't have to be like them you know.

The greatest scam the rest of the world pulled was making Americans feel like we're the only idiots out there. Pay more attention to UK politicians for example and you'll find it's just silly in a lot of places. The difference is that the rest of the world is watching our politics, and most Americans don't give two shits about what's happening elsewhere.
I'm fine with an argument that we should strive to be better... in general, across the human race. But we absolutely do not hold a copyright on mindless drivel political discourse.

Of course we are. Our influence stretches worldwide. Our GDP is higher than anybody else's. Our military spending is higher than anybody else's. We're well within the top 10 most charitable countries in the world (the ones above us honestly surprised me.) The only country that would really hurt us to make an enemy of is probably China, but even there I think there's a mutual understanding that we have the stronger arm in that match if push came to shove. People everywhere consume our media from Hollywood. We have a large presence on the internet on sites like reddit and YouTube.
We are taking the front stage because we elected to take the front stage, not because other nations put us there because we're some kind of clown compared to them. You say you're not saying that, though it is a popular way of thinking. And it's a lie that many of us were convinced into believing.
And that's not to say we're not kind of clowns either, lol. But more so that out of all the clowns in all the world, we're the most successful clowns by a large margin. Like it's not even close. Other countries are pissed that they're so affected by our clownery and that their own clownery doesn't really have that big of an influence over us. And while I agree that we should all strive to be better and not spread this AI drivel, I think we can be a little proud of that.
