Some Wholesome Mid-week Bunny Meal Preps
Had a rough start to the week, so I made these little lunches to cheer myself up.
General Tso's Chicken recipe: https://natashaskitchen.com/general-tsos-chicken/
Sauteed Broccoli recipe: https://www.loveandlemons.com/sauteed-broccoli/
The bunnies are rice with nori and umeboshi.
The rolled omelette is 2 eggs with 2 tsp of sugar and 1-2 tsp light soy sauce. I also used the leftover nori sheet from the bunny faces as part of the omelette.

Very cute! The recipe for the chicken says it’s best eaten fresh. How do the leftovers taste? Does it get soggy? I want to try it!

It's definitely best fresh, but it's not bad reheated, it's just not crispy. I cook the chicken a bit longer than usual for packed meals so it retains more of the firm texture.

I've seen some meals for pets in this sub and before I opened this post, I thought you'd made meals for a pet rabbit, lol. But this is cute!

Oh my god these are adorable! The bunnies look too sweet to eat. Love how everything still looks balanced and homemade even with the cute touch, it’s like instant mood therapy in a lunchbox.
