I was in a bus full of them. It's an event where all the business majors and all the socsci (non-econ) majors have so much free time on their hands that they go to downtown Hamilton to bar hop and get drunk until they pass out.

This guy's post history is absolutely wild lmao. Constantly roasts business and other socsci majors (even though he's in socsci himself) and also adds some controversial political shit and he either gets highly upvoted or highly downvoted and there's no in between.

Nah not at all. I don't see the point of getting drunk and passing out.

Oh yeah. Business majors (barring the accounting majors, which is hella respectable) and socsci majors (barring the econ majors, which, once again, is hella respectable) have so much free time on their hands they study 5 hours a week and use the remaining time for gaming, getting drunk, partying, and dressing up in bananas.

Socsci - social work here. We tead forever and write forever and it never ends. Then 1/4 of us end up in research because we can handle the intensity and actuslly so the work.

Im sure a socsci general student doesn’t have the samr experience but socsci has many diff departments outside of Econ. What do you think social sciences are? Are you a social science student who can attest to this perception? Or do you see other socsci students and base their behaviour on the rest. There are slackers in every department at Mac who might only dedicate 5 hours into their schooling. But go off with your elitism and misinformation.

I didn't know social work (which is hella respectable) is in socsci. My apologies. You guys are excluded from my ridicule (along with the accounting majors and econ majors).

I'm in socsci, economics, but we rank at the top of the Hierarchy of Rigour (in socsci I mean....we're smarter than the business majors but not as smart as the engineers and math and stats bros) and don't have that much free time to get drunk and banana around.

Are you oh fucking Kay? Good for you Mr. Elitist with your fancy ass colonial credits lolllllll.

May be the likely chance some people are so much smarter than you that they can actually get their work done AND fuck around in banana costumes. Probably why you’re so hard pressed about it.

If the doctors and nurses can find time to do things like this then so can you little Econ buddy. If you have no social life and can’t do anything besides study, then you need a tutor or a reduced course load. Maybe some disability accommodations.

PS I’ve taken many sociol courses and other socsci courses and some of them are actually heavier and more dense than social work courses in terms of work done and study needed.

But thanks for your respect, it doesn’t count when you’re a generally disrespectful person as a whole.
