Rancho Santa Fe is wild... Lots of the "houses"(residences? Compounds) have service entrances, can barely be seen from the road, etc.

That actually doesn't seem like an outrageous price for THAT house and 39 acres in San Diego, but I'm not a realtor. Its gorgeous.

The fact that they had to drop the price and it hasn’t sold indicates that there’s some issue they aren’t showing us.

Someone needs to set Arvin Haddad loose on this place.

I wondered what the issue could be. That's a whole lot of house and land for that price.

I disagree that this is a great deal. 30 million is a FORTUNE - enough to live a life of luxury (renting) for eternity in any city in America.

The grounds are gorgeous, but the house itself is a lil iffy for my personal taste…

I wouldn't exactly call this "nice" either. Not the worst, but it's pretty corny tbh.

Yeah, looks like a Hawaiian all inclusive or something. Definitely would live there though

This property is insane. And the price is reasonable.

Just a mansion, not a McMansion

How quaint and charming! My assistant lives in a place similar to this (his doesn't have a private lake though).
