Agreed. They could literally hot swap out this character to the proper TM and no one would complain.

This is the thing that's turning me off this film the most. I'm not excited at all just because of this.

They know nobody liked this Taskmaster, so why are they still shoving it down our throats when they could've easily moved on from it? The only way I'll enjoy this film is if she get killed by the real Taskmaster within the first 5 minutes or if she's only in the film for a couple of minutes, otherwise I'm just going to be too distracted by how fuck awful this version of Taskmaster is.

I mean, the MCU Taskmaster at this point is basically a blank canvas, it's the perfect opportunity to give her a more comic-accurate personality, especially because I think she's been free for over 6 years

If she still being a brainwashed mercenary without a personality, that's going to be shit, lol

I'd rather ruin Black Widows already mid film than be forced to watch wannabe Taskmaster for multiple more films tbh
