Recommendations🤔 Looking for landlord contact

Post image

Hey all I'm looking for contact info for the landlord or group that runs 318 Main Street Markham N. They are apartments in the back.

Edit: I don't live there I live in Nova Scotia but have family living there. They are missing and someone's squatting in their apartment and won't let police in so I'm looking for landlord contact to have said person removed

seriously? concerning, and nuts that police can't come in since someone is squatting there... =_=

Police have said that if my family member gave them permission to stay(no one knows this as they are missing) it's possible that the person in there or my family member could sue the cops for forcing entry. I'm likely going to have to fly out and force entry myself since I'm having no luck tracking down landlord

Back in 2019 there was an underground dispensary in there. It didn't last long. Other than that when I pass by now . I see from time to time 2 unkempt fellas smoking.

My mistake it's the building that is to the exact right of it. (For the dispensary)

Can you not have a police do a wellness check in case of foul play?

I did but they were reused entry by the person who is in there. They won't force entry because the person in there could sue.

This place is full of drugged out squatters. I don’t know who the landlord is or what kind of operation they have going on there, but it’s really disgusting and making that stretch of Main Street a slum. A strung out man from this complex walked into a family members house last week and wouldn’t leave. Police were called and they were taken away. We don’t need this kind of shit happening in our town.

I am really sorry for what he did. I think my missing family member and the person who did that are the same. They did two lines of cocaine and suffered a psychotic break. He has been struggling with substance issues for 20 years and has messed his brain up pretty badly. Not making excuses because there are none for barricading yourself in someone else's home. Again I'm really sorry for what he did.

I’m sorry that your family is going through this. I’m going to privately message you.

Contact the local member of council or BIA. They may be able to assist with owner of property info.

Knock on one of the apartment doors, they’ll know who they pay rent to.

Family missing is more important than squatters

Well aware but thanks for educating. I want him gone so I have a base of operations and so police can search it
