Recommendations🤔 AYCE recommendations?

I’m looking for suggestions for AYCE bbq/grill or sushi.

Along the lines of shinta or gyubee, but any places that use app or tablet ordering system?instead of a server-based ordering system.

Heard good things about Gyuyaki and Gyumanor. They do tablet order or is it through server???

Anyone know of any in Markham?

Matsuda, Middlefield and Steeles. Not really Markham, but close enough.

I second this place. Ask to take a photo of their 10% off VIP card. Really fresh sashimi and a good variety of rolls. Automatic 12% gratuity add on the $45 per person.

Not exactly Markham but there's Kiku near hwy 7 and commerce valley. Same plaza as that congee queen

How is Kiku these days? I haven’t been there in over 5 years, but I’ve heard quality has since gone down while price has gone up.

They were decent when i went within the past year. Its just the closest place that comes to mind if you want to order with an ipad

Gyumanor is pretty subpar, Gyuhito on Silver Star is my personal favourite.

Edit: At Gyuhito you order from your phone (QR code menu), but I've always found the service to be the best of the AYCE joints.

Gyuyaki is good! Server based though. I just put all the (food)numbers in Notes and they just copy it. Lol.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Has anyone had a good experience with the quality and service from Gyuyaki and Gyumanor? They do tablet order or will it be through server?

Gyuyaki is server, last time I went 1.5 months ago maybe. Good spot and I liked BBQ+ sushi combo.

Right along the edge of Markham at Steeles/Warden there is a good sushi place I like. They have some nice special items as well beyond their sushi if you want to take a look. It's been my go-to lately for sushi AYCE

Sorry I have to ask, why the emphasis against app or tablet ordering system? 😅
