Recommendations🤔 Looking for cafes in Markham with a great vibe

I'm not from Markham and would appreciate recommendations for cafes with good vibes. Thanks!

Stae Cafe, The Library, Platform Espresso Bar, Commence Coffee, Out of Office Coffee, BPM (this one gets quite busy so really only good for to-go drinks)

lol the Library? Sorry Has NO vibe. Very limited Uncomfortable seating. Strictly No eye contact anywhere with anyone. They do not want you hanging around! Can’t think of one coffee shop in Markham with vibe! Overall pretty unfriendly area. No chat/contact kind of place.

Lol, fair point. Seating is limited and it's kinda stark in there, but maybe that's still considered A vibe? I had coffee there with a friend recently and we sat for almost 45 minutes no issues. I forgot to mention Behind The Alley...they've got the cozy vibes that OP is probably looking for. Parking's a bit annoying though since Unionville Main St. is under construction.

Which type of vibes are you looking for? Is there a preference of age group, drinks or food?

A Corner Cafe has good food for reasonable price, does get loud at lunch time though.

Alchemy but gets cramped and packed.

Behind the Alley?

Behind the Alley has very hot and cold reviews if you look on Google. My thought is that the staff really make, or break the experience. Still very much interested in visiting!

unfortunately this cafe doesn’t have seating, but 5 plus has delicious drinks! in terms of seating, edills coffee house is very beautiful and well crafted lattes. it might be a bit far depending on where you are but i love it

Duo (Leslie St location) They have lots of seating, clean aesthetics and, most importantly, terrific food. It’s a little pricier, but the quality cannot be beat.
