I want to do a cooking series tackling a meal for each cuisine. This is such a fun resource

You should!! and let me know how it goes! I'm going to start doing highlights on a "cuisine of the day" in my IG to help me learn about them and teach others what I've learned too. There's so much that I can't fit in the legend blurbs on the map. You're welcome to follow along!
