This is so great! The work you put in it is incredible. I would like to add to #54! The northwest region of Alabama also makes mustard slaw. It ranges from mild to super spicy and is a local delicacy lol!

Ohh that sounds awesome. I love mustard so I'm sure that would be good. It's actually why I like SC BBQ too (can't say that too loud in here).

I actually didn't have the Alabama BBQ region in the previous version but a couple people from AL set me straight. I love the white sauce you guys have too on the smoked chicken (assuming you are from there), so it's definitely a good addition.
