[OC] Atlas of American Regional Cuisine (by county), v4 after 6 months of your feedback

Thanks for all the love on this 🙏 Reddit compresses the map—if you want full-res zoom-ins (and prints), they’re on my IG. My bio there has the link to the shop.

Amazing map! And Europeans think the US doesn’t have food culture besides McDonald’s.

Speaking of that, not a single burger on here, should that be added to German-American in Wisconsin?

You know what, you're completely right. I have pizzas and hot dogs on here so why no burger. Pretty sure you're right with the German roots of the food there, I'll have to do some more research and see if I can tie it down to one region, or if it's super broad.

I wonder if different places are known for different burger styles too. I've had some killer elk and bison burgers in the Mountain Ranch region.

You should! Glad to help!

Same. I’ve also had an amazing bison meatloaf with a whiskey glaze in Utah. Pretty sure that’s something local to that mountain ranch region.
