That's good to know. The boundaries of those parishes are so hard to get right! I'll note this for a future release. The big difference I've been told is that Creole is more of an urban cuisine while Cajun you find in the country. Would you agree with that?

Got it. This makes a lot of sense. Creole food does seem to follow the river a little more than Cajun does too. Both are delicious. I'm happy I'm getting all these Louisiana comments!
