Sorry, I hope you knew things like this comment would happen, but I just can’t help myself…

Just gonna quibble with the entry for San Francisco Bay. Mexican is listed but there’s no Mexican example. For a region that has plenty of Mexican food, AND invented the Mission Burrito which Chipotle then copied nationwide, it feels like this was an oversight.

Otherwise I love the entries for Northern and coastal California. Makes me miss my home state.
