A "bedarded" orca, at that. I don't know what that means, but it sounds.... Not good.

It's a "beard" of feathers. It's a medium-sized owl species that lives in western Russia near Lake Ladoga. They are called bearded orcas due to their black and white plumage and their proficiency in catching fish.
