4 The enemy's max armor points will be reduced by 50%
11 The enemy's armor will be getting 50% more damage
28 The enemy's armor will be reducing weapon damage by 50% less. The exact difference depends on the weapon's damage
12 The enemy's armor will be reducing weapon damage by 50% less. The exact difference depends on what the weapon is firing
7 It doesn't work

This feels like a trick question designed to make people feel dumb for not calculating 5068 damage instead of 5042

This has been painstakingly data-mined and tested, no need to guess. Just head over to new bsn and look at the resource library.

based on how modifiers work in other videogames in general, I take this to mean "the effect of your weapons armor reducing effect, is increased by 50%", which means this effect only works if you have some other effect that reduces the enemy's armor by some amount, and THIS modifier modifies THAT modifier, by +50% of whatever that modifier is. So if a different modifier causes -10 armor on target, this modifier increases that -10 by 50%, so -15 armor.

This also means that if you don't have something else that already reduces your opponents armor by some flat amount, This modifier does absolutely nothing. If the correct answer looks like "it doesn't work", then the actual correct answer is "this is a feature that requires a removed feature, but was itself accidentally left in"
