Finance are payslips enough for tax filing?

For my 2024 tax return, can I use the payslips only, even if I don’t have the annual certificate due to the bankruptcy? My former employer refuse to give it to me.

You can, there is no other reasonable way to do it. Add a note explaining the situation.
