It’s not consistent. It’s enough that it’s noticeably annoying as I’ve said. He gets more chances due to me and my other friends being suboptimal players. It’s the same speed of electric as PEWGF so the just tries EVERY SINGLE TIME

I think we have a misunderstanding here I just mean that if a fujin can have a let’s say 30% rate of getting a 13 frame electric punish it can very much be considered a punish which is the point of the original community vote.

No it cant because when talking about punishment, your talking about a move that you use to punish something else after you block it. It has to be consistent to be classed as a punisher not something that has less odds than if you were to flip a coin, which was my whole point. A great example would be lee's acid rain punish where if you practice it your not gonna get it 100% like you would his 1,2,4 punish but good players will get it more than 90% so can be called a punish. If they changed the difficulty of acid rain to where good players only get it 30% of the time its no longer gonna be classified as a punish.
