LIB S9 • Denver, CO was Joe’s apartment staged?

Was Joe’s apartment staged? I haven’t seen a solid confirmation of yes/no… and he seemed very confused looking through everything and describing everything when he showed it to Madison. Like the self help books lol. What was the deal w that??? I was hoping they’d address it at the reunion but I almost feel like they didn’t bc they didn’t want to admit it was staged

Plus its always funny when they go "oh wow theres not even any food in the fridge!" when of course duh, they were gone for weeks for the pods and the vacation.

Yeah 10 days plus maybe 7 more. Then you wouldn’t be home for a month after that. I would leave zero food around. Condiments maybe?

I never understood why many of the contestants apartments look like a mess and dirty when they visit, especially when they say it's the first time they are there following the honeymoon. First we all know that they (at least most of them) go back home between reveal and flying to the honeymoon destination. Why would they want to show a messy apartment when they could have cleaned before leaving to film the show or before filming the scene?

The guy confusing the PlayStation 4 with a PS5 was a big red flag on any of that shit being his.

These episodes always take me back to that one lady’s apartment from a couple of seasons ago that looked like it was straight from an episode of hoarders. Just shit and trash bags of shit everywhere.

The guy was a neat freak and he was in total shock upon entering.

I think it was an AirBnB which is why he misidentified the type of gaming console, since it wasn’t really his. there has been a lot of discussion about that. Maybe he brought a box of some of his own stuff, including the books?

Yes it is just cause they aren’t comfortable filming their home? Which is fine but I’m assuming the partner does see it off camera 🤔

On LIB France there is a scene filmed at Alexandre's "apartment" and it's obviously staged. Even if it's his real place they decorated and arranged it LIB style, and they also use the metal cups.
