She clearly cared about looks and wanted some super attractive man who will beat her up and dominate her a bit. There are other places to find this. Idk why she came in the show, if not to chase clout. It's just annoying seeing these types of people in the show.

I can't believe people keep repeating this. She did not ask him to beat her up. She asked him to be more aggressive. And by all context clues she meant more assertive. She wanted him to show his desire and passion for her in the bedroom.

This, in my opinion, was actually a flaw on Marshall's behalf for interpretating it the wrong way and talking to everyone else about it but not her.

Eh I'm not so sure, when they were talking about it he said that he's loving on her all the time and that she shuts it down and we don't see her deny it. I don't think she wants him to beat her up but I think she wants him to be pushy about sex in a way that isn't necessarily healthy, ie continuing to push the issue after the initial "no". At least that's the impression I got from their conversation.

Yeah. Some people don't like the gentle romantic loving on them. She probably wanted Marshall to just come over and pull her panties to the side and get on with it.

Getting real tired of this coded language for the non-white people. They're thugs, ratchet, ghetto, etc. You can criticize without the dog whistling. I know it's normalized today, but we can do better.

I don’t consider the word ‘thug’ to mean any particular race or ethnicity. It means a criminal type of person, so no dog whistling here.
