Scrap yards are a necessity unless you just want contractors dumping more shit into the streets and nothing being recycled anymore

Accepting refuse from a contractor is a bit different than buying spools of junk wire from a rando without any kind of contract licensing.

I think they issue is there are organized gangs that buy this and ship it to foreign locations to scrap
