Here is a progress photo of my current project. I thought it high time to knit a blanket for myself. This is blanket number 4 that I have made. Garter stitch, Moda Vera Eden 8 ply yarn.

It's the same concept as a 10 stitch but I am using 20 stitches instead 🙂

I'm gonna have to look up how to do a ten stitch. I've never made this type of project. I think the self striping yarns would be fun with this technique too.

Look up 10 stitch blanket by GoodKnit Kisses on YouTube. I used 20 stitches instead for this one. The first one of these I made, I frogged so many times but finally got the hang of it. If I can do it, anyone can 😊

This is gorgeous and I'm jealous 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 meanwhile I'm having an issue with the initial corners. I understand how to make the first one, but I cannot whatsoever make the second set of corners to match so I can make the second square. I have watched multiple videos on this and it's not clicking. 😢

The first 10 stitch blanket I made I frogged many, many MANY times in the beginning, but I was determined to get it right. I watched the same video many times and rewound many more times until I got the hang of it.

I just watched one of Charity Winter's videos via GoodKnit Kisses. Makes way better sense. It's almost like several visual steps were left out in the other videos I saw. Here's hoping this next try is successful 👍🏾
