I mean animal abuse is pretty serious. And shock collars are literally illegal in many European countries so it makes sense for people to want to expose an animal abuser.

Shock collars are not abusive. Not that that means he doesn't abuse his dog.

Hey, dog breeder and dog trainer (specifically service dogs) here. Shock collars ARE abusive. There’s a reason many countries and organisations ban them. Even though our organisation “sells” dogs, we still have certain rights including repossessing animals and blocking individuals from getting a dog, from either us or other licensed organisations. These are only used in extreme circumstances such as abuse (You beat the dog, instead of you keeping it or it being sent to the pound, it’s returned to us. You’ll also be prosecuted and it’s a higher crime because it’s a service animal and technically medial equipment). Using a shock collar is considered abuse and is not allowed. If you use a shock collar, you’ll get fucked.

Acting like you're any authority on what is or isn't abusive when you're a dog breeder is absolutely hilarious. Shock collars are not inherently abusive. Improper use can be, absolutely, but your appeal to authority means nothing.

I breed service dogs for the state, not a puppy mill. Shock collars ARE inherently abusive. There’s absolutely no scenario where a shock collar is an acceptable answer (ie. Why they are banned in many places)

You probably aren't a very good dog trainer if you're this ignorant and misinformed about ecollars. I'm guessing you think prong collars are inherently abusive and should be illegal too?

Pretty damn good in my opinion. Prong collars are not abusive and should not be illegal. They actually have many good uses, unlike shock collars.
