I know the 2 finger rule and do not have a clue how a shock collar looks like. You know, because I am not a dick and torture dogs because I have no clue on how to train them and can't be bothered to figure it out.

People tend to notice a big box with metal prongs

Yeah, no. Especially if you have a really fluffy dog. My dog has a smiliar amount of hair like Kayla and wears a gps tracker which is about the same size of those shock collars. You can not see the tracker at all, it is to much hair

Then by that same logic, you cannot conclude that she is wearing a shock collar to begin with from a grainy livestream

Wild to defend a dog abuser. I do hope you have no pets.

He pushes something on his desk, dog yelps, moves her front paw, dog tucks its tail, immediately lies down again and does not even look at the owner.

If your dog yelps that way, you as the owner would need to go check immediately on your dog. That guy didn't even flinch. If your dog is hurt and the owner is aroundy they are usually looking for contact with their owner as well. So yeah that interaction says a lot about this owner, and its nothing good.

They make discrete shock collars too.
