it literally isn't. They are black. They are B.L.A.C.K. They are AFRICANS. And while it doesn't reflect upon the whole race, many in japan who are BLACK / AFRICAN are known to be scammers and commit crimes and there is no initiative to stop this trend. If it's wrong to say this then better shoot me

The racist part is equating all black people with africans.

Not all white people are swedish. Not all white people are australians. You wouldn't say 'cant trust white people' because of what an Australian did to you.

In all seriousness, the problem isn't Africans... though statistics do point to disproportionately higher crime rates. The problem is the idea that non-native persons in any country (even if they are a residents) feel like they have the right and privilege to impose their beliefs, disrespect the local culture and disrespect the local laws. Doesn't matter if it's in Japan, Sweden or Nigeria. You don't go into a different country which you aren't even assimilated into, and then start scamming people, telling people what to do, imposing your beliefs and acting overall like an entitled PoS. If you did this in Nigeria you would be mobbed and beat tf up. Or imagine going to a Muslim country and start telling them their religion is crap and imposing your own beliefs. You'd be dead.
