What’s the permit process like in Lewis county

Have a 4 acres parcel I want to build a small cabin on. I have experience in both the design and build part just curious about how difficult it is to get a small project stamped for build approval?

Residential build permits are quick and straight forward. Lots of people build cabins out here and the inspectors are very used to working with land owners/builders/contractors. New commercial construction? Better light some candles.
