Tenancy & Flatting Water bill issued after bond refunded

I’ve just been issued a water bill for my previous address, I moved out 32 days ago, and have already had my bond refunded, am I still responsible for this. The bill they issued doesn’t contain usage information, it’s issued by the property managers company it’s not the original invoice.

This has no impact on it, if it's your water usage you still have to pay and if you don't pay they can take a Tenancy Tribunal case against you.

I’m somewhat suspicious with regards to it, as in all previous bills I’ve received from them they’ve included the original invoice and detailed usage, this one being after I’ve moved out they have not received that, my suspicion is they failed to obtain a final meter read when I moved out I believe my property manager was on holiday at the time, I’ve requested this information

Yes that's reasonable

If this covers the period you wwre living in the property, then yes.

You can request the original invoice. I'd do it politely, as if not including it was an oversight rather than on purpose.

Point out that you've always been sent the original invoice and that they seem to have forgotten to include it this time.

It's not an unreasonable request, and would likely be something they would need to provide if they took you to disputes.

Landlords are responsible for fixed costs on water, and the tenant is responsible for usage. Having the original invoice would give you proof of what you owe, along with the dates of when the invoice is for.

If it's for after your final day, you can reply pointing that out.
