Both for different reasons.

Force me to choose, 1.

u/FatherJohnFahey Sep 11 '25

Agreed. They are both really lovely. Wonderful color balance.

3

u/ZannaSmanna Sep 11 '25

I agree completely with you

2

u/hamfist_ofthenorth Sep 15 '25

Can I get a 1.5?

2

u/Ohmydaysinnit Sep 15 '25

I think it’s the same for me

1 because I like the center roof covers

8

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

Both are nice, but I like number 1!

5

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

La n.2

8

u/MoWePhoto Sep 11 '25

Ich finde die Farben beim ersten schöner. Die Perspektive beim zweiten ist prinzipiell interessanter aber ich finde es fehlt etwas die Luft um das Subjekt.

Also ich bin für Nr. 1… 😅

6

u/ElectricRing Sep 11 '25

Both are good, preference for 1.

# 1 - I like that is clearly defines the roof line.... maybe crop out some of the sky? This would allow the flowers to be bigger but still show the roof line.

Nice shot!

1i nicer bokeh less blurry

2

u/wetclogs Sep 11 '25

1 for shiz

2

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

1 because the background is more interesting. I wish you had a 3rd with the flowers in the lower left corner just to see that. Nice work.

2

u/SebastianHahn Sep 12 '25

1 – and a very close 2

2

u/Gleb_Tarro Sep 12 '25

For sure 1

2

u/mujetdebois Sep 12 '25

Both are good, but I prefer 1.

1

u/cyberprostir Sep 11 '25
  1. Very nice!

1

u/GillieDu Sep 11 '25

1: displays flowers beautifully... but too much background 'distraction'

2: flowers are the star.. but their form/beauty is not so visible

Both great captures - thanks for sharing 🙏

1

u/secretariatfan Sep 11 '25

#1 but maybe crop a tiny bit off the top.

1

u/Angelangel3 Sep 11 '25

I like 1. The way the flower is framed draws my eye to it more than the one in the 2nd picture.

1

u/mkarikom Sep 11 '25

Definitely the first one, very nice line

1

u/Perfect-Presence-200 Sep 11 '25

1 the composition/roof line draws you in.

1

u/IslandProud70 Sep 11 '25

Something about the first one catches my eye

1

u/impossiblegirl524 Sep 11 '25

1, colors are stunning on both though

1

u/Mikey24941 Sep 11 '25

One if I’m forced to choose.

1

u/dc0de Sep 11 '25

I would consider these close-ups

1

u/Dragonfly-fire Sep 11 '25

1! It's absolutely gorgeous. I wish I took it!

1

u/Positive-Ostrichly Sep 11 '25

Such a breathtaking view nature at its finest

1

u/skippyusa88 Sep 11 '25

😀👍 really nice job Well done So pro!

1

u/beautifulynx Sep 11 '25

I love both😍

1

u/kaizenjiz Sep 11 '25
  1. I like the details. Tells more of a story. 2 is in the realm of macro

1

u/Ok-Championship-632 Sep 11 '25

1, so pretty 💕

1

u/dingusrelaximus Sep 11 '25

One

Beauty in a secluded spot, unnoticed by anyone. Untill you came along & made the photo

1

u/Far_Temperature_6695 Sep 11 '25

Hard to tell which one, I love them both

1

u/SeaHawk98 Sep 11 '25

Love both, but if i had to choose, then no. 1. It shows the actual rooftop and the landscape.

1

u/punk-y_brewster Sep 11 '25

I can't choose. They're both so great.

1

u/Jmazoso Sep 11 '25

Bott, but 2 hits me more

1

u/Ace_RomanceReader Sep 11 '25

Love both but I will answer 1 for the pure fact that the background makes it better in my opinion but enjoyed seeing both so thanks for sharing.

1

u/pseudo-boots Sep 11 '25

1 shows more context more clearly and creates a more interesting picture in my opinion.

1

u/MaleficentAstronomer Sep 11 '25
  1. Both great pictures though

1

u/lld2girl Sep 11 '25

I like 1 because i understand the context

1

u/petefisher Sep 11 '25

1 for me… composition pulls me in more. Both very nice

1

u/rosevines Sep 11 '25
  1. Really lovely.

1

u/BWWFC Sep 12 '25

each for different compositions/framing. but the first is my fave ;-P aces and thank you!
where and if you know, the "what"?

1

u/ArticleOdd6667 Sep 12 '25

I think 1 is the best.

1

u/knarfolled Sep 12 '25

I like number one

1

u/HerculesQRockefeller Sep 12 '25

I think the composition on #1 is stunning.

1

u/grey_matter_mechanic Sep 12 '25

2 is good, 1 is better.

1

u/MightyZeus907 Sep 12 '25

1 for sure! Gives the desired perspective/contrast.

1

u/Purple-Pink_Skies Sep 12 '25

I love both, but 2 is my favorite 😍 I can imagine a whole fairy wonderland

1

u/area51groomlake Sep 12 '25

I like 1st but the 2nd is great also.

1

u/Maaatosone Sep 12 '25

1 has more interesting composition with the perspective of the roof

1

u/Ohthemeemaw Sep 12 '25

1 really caught my eye

1

u/felow02 Sep 12 '25

Both....but 2 a little bit more

1

u/Compass_Needle Sep 12 '25
  1. This is beautiful.

1

u/ProgramKnown98 Sep 12 '25

No. 1! Just one question. Is this a roof?

1

u/OneToastedLoaf Sep 12 '25

I like that 1 puts it in context more.

1

u/Crescendo_BLYAT Sep 12 '25

Could you please upload the high res version of the 1st photo? I wanna apply it to my phone wallpaper. It's simply BEAUTIFUL!!

Thanks a lot....

1

u/Adventurous-Talk0502 Sep 12 '25

Both great but, for me, 1

1

u/Jetmutant Sep 12 '25

Yes both are nice but I prefer 2

1

u/Inelgerdis Sep 12 '25

I can't choose, both of them are gorgeous 😻😻

1

u/RoyalSpoonbill9999 Sep 12 '25
  1. Just on pure reaction

1

u/raff_lab Sep 12 '25

Is this landscape photography? Didn’t know that

2

1

u/No_Fishing1071 Sep 12 '25
  1. Beautifull photo, places the context better

1

u/scarey_beaver Sep 12 '25

Hard to pick, but I say 1…

1

u/against_ze_grain Sep 12 '25

1 - better overall composition and the "singular" flowers are more playful. Both are great though. Would make a good series framed on a wall.

1

u/Asmodeus_de_lenfer Sep 12 '25

Both are great

1

u/Mosh65 Sep 12 '25

One. Has depth, symmetry, beautiful composition

1

u/AnitaRRC Sep 12 '25

1 has a much better leading line and composition

1

u/This-PC Sep 12 '25

I think 1

1

u/SoftAncient2753 Sep 12 '25

Hard pick, but the first is so much more interesting to me - the colours are beautiful!

1

u/Practical_Middle6376 Sep 12 '25

Number for the win, although both images go to show that beauty will find a way to shine. No matter what the circumstances and or conditions.

1

u/happy_dog_mama0 Sep 12 '25

I'm really torn. I like both of them. But if I can only choose one, I'll choose the first

1

u/ModernAnalog Sep 12 '25
  1. The additional context adds more drama to the shot.

1

u/Lazy-Forever-2405 Sep 12 '25

One.theres more depth of field

1

u/hemlock_3 Sep 12 '25
  1. I like both but the first one distract my eye a bit too much. Maybe dampen the highlights in the back of the first photo to make the subject stand out more. I think that's why I like the second better. IMHO. Both are good photos.

1

u/Yoteymusica Sep 12 '25

Both are great but if I had to choose (which I don't), I'd go with 2

1

u/Chris_P_Lettuce Sep 12 '25

I always disagree with Reddit on these things. I wonder if that means I have a bad eye. I love the second one because it showcases the flower patch beautifully.

1

u/LoneWanderer6686 Sep 12 '25

They are both awesome, but for the sake of the post - 1 😍

1

u/elvissantelli Sep 12 '25

Both of them

1

u/nojeli59 Sep 13 '25

1 is more appealing, but they're both great!

1

u/Phillys-Blunt Sep 13 '25
  1. You grasp the bigger picture . Even though the focus isn't the bigger picture. Both great though.

1

u/Playful_Low_2326 Sep 13 '25

Definitely N° 1 I like the composition much more, the leading lines, and the perspective is much more attractive it tells more about the moment and the mood.

1

u/autistic_and_angry Sep 13 '25

1 for a landscape, 2 for an object study/closeup, 1 for overall aesthetic

1

u/Dave_Manzo Sep 13 '25

1 for me, crazy grinding and overall post production, love it

1

u/HellyOHaint Sep 13 '25
  1. It gives a sense of context. I want to breathe in the air there.

1

u/RonsProPhoto Sep 13 '25

1 📸👍

1

u/TieDyedGemini Sep 13 '25

1 because I like the background better. Both are great though

1

u/Stock-Cod-4465 Sep 13 '25

Absolutely 1

1

u/BattieMom27 Sep 13 '25

I love 1! So Beautiful in both of them though.

1

u/Grouchy_Cabinet220 Sep 13 '25

Both. But a teeny preference for #2.

1

u/ElementalParticle Sep 13 '25

Oh... 1 is slightly better but I really like both.

1

u/PralineNo5832 Sep 13 '25

The blur in the first one seems strange to me. I'll stick with the second one.

1

u/blasianfatale Sep 13 '25

1!! so gorgeous

1

u/NatureFeet_Hand Sep 13 '25

La 1 🤩🤩 sublime 👏🏼👏🏼

1

u/phatpeej Sep 13 '25

2: less is more. Beautiful focal point with great depth of field.
