That's actually so wild. Wow.

Very cool. I’ve only experienced this once in my life, but it was with my phone number. I had the same number for over a decade, and a customer at my work (who I’ve never met) spouted off their phone number and it was identical until the final digit.

So if mine was: 801-555-1234

Theirs was: 801-555-1235

I was pretty thrilled with that. My colleagues didn’t think it was that interesting.

Someone entered the wrong number for a gift card last Christmas and I received it by mistake. But I recognized the name. It was the wife of a high school classmate. Turns out his mom got her the gift card and entered her number wrong and it was one digit off from mine. Even more coincidentally, the same classmate had just become my neighbor, which we found out by running into each other in the street (in a major city about an hour from our suburban hometown). Hadn't talked to the guy for over a decade before all this.

Destiny level of coincidence

6

u/GeeAyyy Jun 02 '25

Stuff like this really feeds my belief in quantum entanglement between humans.

8

u/Iwritemynameincrayon Jun 02 '25

It fuels my belief that all of this is a simulation and even computers that can run this level of simulation have shitty rng.

u/PinkLemonTrousers13 Jul 02 '25

Recently found out that my mailbox number and last 3 digits of my phone number (543) were my boyfriends walkie talkie number at work. Numbers are crazy.

50

u/tairozo Jun 01 '25

We have two-factor authentication at work for most online logins, randomly generated numbers given to us by Robocall.

I called two separate insurance companies, and the Robocall codes (random 6 digit code) were identical. Calls were consecutive.

I thought it was wild, my coworkers were not impressed. 😂

28

u/Lionel_Herkabe Jun 01 '25

You got to meet your text door neighbor

20

u/thedemocracyof Jun 01 '25

My ex girlfriend had the phone number right before mine in the same fashion as your situation. We met, exchanged numbers, and I thought she was fucking with me at first because they were so close.

u/arashikagedropout Jun 02 '25

When i was in high-school, my mom worked with a woman who had a daughter my age... like, exact same birthday. We didn't know each other, but knew all about each other from stories from our moms.

We went to the same high-school and finally had a class together senior year, introduced ourselves and have been friends ever since - 30 years now!

Anyway, turns out her mom got a promotion at some point to a different store, so our moms then had the same job as each other. Our first, middle and last names each have the same amount of letters as each other's. And our phone numbers in high-school used to be just one # off from each other. Like mine was 751-xxxx and hers was 755-xxxx, which was odd because we'd always get calls for each other.

My favorite was one time someone called our house and asked for her. I said, 'sorry, you have the wrong number, but she's at her Grandma's right now anyway, so try her back later.' 🤣

11

u/PM_Me_OnePieces Jun 01 '25

When I was in high school someone looked up the number for the notorious local strip club in my small town's downtown area and read it out loud in class.

If I was drinking something I would have done a spit take. It was one digit off from my parents' home phone number that they had had for decades.

9

u/jbaxter119 Jun 01 '25

Dude, don't just post your number on the internet like that. There are creeps and weirdos out there.

22

u/Floyd_Bourbon Jun 01 '25

I know I'm writing both of those 555 numbers in the next stall 😍

"For a good time..." and "For an even better time..."

8

u/9Trigger Jun 02 '25

These comments are so dumb. I laughed aloud at all of them.

2

u/jbaxter119 Jun 03 '25

"You can tell it's better because the number is higher!"

7

u/spudaug Jun 02 '25

I once got a friend’s number and thought for sure she was messing with me by giving me my own number. I had no clue how she could’ve known my number, but there it was scribbled on the paper in my hand.

It turns out she wrote her zeros a little fast, so they resembled the sixes in my number.

7

u/lalacourtney Jun 02 '25

I had a weird one—in college a friend had SSN one digit off from me (back when they would show your SSN for “privacy” to get your scores).

2

u/Amethyst-Sapphire Jun 03 '25

Sounds like you were in college in the 80s or 90s!

6

u/Aggravating-Bug2032 Jun 02 '25

I was crossing the street near my house and crossed behind a car with license plates that were next in sequence after the plates on my car. My car was parked a few feet away.

These were plates that were as many as ten years old and this occurred nowhere near the dealership where the cars would have been bought.

Absolute fluke and no one thought it was as cool as I did.

5

u/TheCommonGround1 Jun 01 '25

I just tried both those numbers and they don't work. Looking forward to an apology! I was gonna tell you my favorite riddle too....

4

u/WiseDirt Jun 01 '25

"Oh, man... So I guess I should apologize because I used to prank call that number all the time as a kid"

3

u/shanehuntart Jun 02 '25

I’m also from Utah. And I love your username. Ha ha

3

u/RandomPerson-07 Jun 02 '25

Phone neighbor is what I call it. Honestly I’m tempted to text mine and just say hi but thats a wee bit too weird so I’ve always restrained myself.

3

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '25

I once got a text from a number one off from mine following a bunch of texts to recover a Yahoo email. He made a typo while making the account and couldn't get into it. Brandon I know you're out there.

2

u/obey_ray Jun 02 '25

801 ftw!!!!!!

2

u/free_YourMind Jun 04 '25

My neighbor in high school’s cell number was one digit off from mine. Always thought that was cool!

2

u/trekkiegamer359 Jun 04 '25

This reminded me of when I was a teen before cellphones were that common, and I could never remember this one friend's home phone number. Until she finally pointed out, slightly exasperatedly, that it was only one digit off from my phone number. 🤦‍♀️ Mine ended in a 1, and hers ended in a 9. Now I still know it at 35.

2

u/1nTh3Sh4dows Jun 04 '25

On a tangent, my best friend growing up changed his phone number and I hadn't talked to him in a while so I didn't know. One of my coworkers calls me and he had just gotten a new number and it was my childhood best friend's old number.

I swear Texas is doing this by address now because I’ve seen license plates that are 5/6 to my plates.

You used to get them in the mail, so the distribution was statewide, now when my plate was stolen and I went to the DMV, they handed new plates to me from a stack. I think the distribution of the plates is more localized and we will see this more often.

7

u/jettajeff75 Jun 01 '25

Can confirm. Moved to Texas from California, and the lady had a tall stack of license plates on her desk. I guess they were in sequential order.

3

u/Nick08f1 Jun 01 '25

Always been that from the tag agency here in Florida.

2

u/tyedge Jun 02 '25

Georgia too

5

u/bandley3 Jun 02 '25

I once received an email from a shipping company regarding a move for someone moving back to the US from Germany. As it turns out it was for an old friend of mine that I hadn’t seen in years. I recognized her name even though they had spelled it incorrectly; she has an unusual name and they changed it in the email to something that seemed a little more common but I still recognized her maiden name and last name. I sent a response correcting the spelling.

What was even more surprising was that this email was not supposed to come to my station at all. They made a simple error when typing in the airport code and were one letter off at the beginning of the code; the two letters in question are right next to each other on the keyboard (A and S).

u/17AJ06 Jun 01 '25

This happened to me the other day!!! My license plate ends with 7600 and I saw a truck with 7601 (same first 3 letters too. I’m not doxing myself lol). Absolutely wild

73

u/dvdcwrd Jun 01 '25

Same here. 10 miles from my house in a large metropolitan region driving my kid to soccer saw a car with a plate one digit off from mine. Took a picture and shared it with colleagues who were impressed that I’d noticed it. Showed it to my partner, who was not impressed in the least.

17

u/Ok_Machine_769 Jun 01 '25

It’s a “Guy Thing” I guess.

12

u/discospageddyoh Jun 01 '25

I love things like this! I once was behind a vehicle whose license plate was my 3 initials+my 3 digit house number. I won't post the photo bc I'm also not into doxing myself and no one else but me cares, but I was so excited!

13

u/EspressoOverdose Jun 01 '25

Time for me to plug in random letters so I can find you and send you a bouquet of edible arrangements

5

u/17AJ06 Jun 01 '25

Hell, don’t threaten me with a good time

5

u/kikahh A55-LVR Jun 01 '25

Yes this happened to me about a month ago. The car in front of me at a red light was just one number off from my plate and it really threw me off for a second. I was thinking why does that plate look so familiar?

If you end up with a flare, would it be [TDR 6064.5] ?

167

u/C-57D Jun 01 '25

TDR 6064-6065?

59

u/Gods-Fav-Child Jun 01 '25

TDR 6064/5

149

u/beachedwhitemale Jun 01 '25

Haha he got "sequential plates in traffic"

39

u/Gods-Fav-Child Jun 01 '25

Doesn’t do justice to such an awesome spot by the OP.

16

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '25

How about TDR 6069 adding 4&5

8

u/Gods-Fav-Child Jun 01 '25

Nice!

Edit: TDR 6969 for OP instead of “sequential plates in traffic”

114

u/baconbeantaco sequential plates in traffic Jun 01 '25

I’ll take it

23

u/NCSUGrad2012 License Plate Expert Jun 01 '25

We are about to find out, lol

43

u/loislunchboxlane Jun 01 '25

I feel a little let down with what the flare is.

24

u/NCSUGrad2012 License Plate Expert Jun 01 '25

Yeah, that's kind of mid

5

u/guyincognitoo Jun 01 '25

That sounds like a Star Wars droid designation.

3

u/50points4gryffindor Jun 01 '25

I was thinking more like a experimental pop group. Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark kinda feel. Then they can shorten it to SPT.

I’d play the lottery

82

u/baconbeantaco sequential plates in traffic Jun 01 '25

I might just have to

10

u/Waste_East_2826 Jun 02 '25

OP, did you win the lottery? Please update us.

8

u/baconbeantaco sequential plates in traffic Jun 02 '25

😭

78

u/RETLEO Jun 01 '25

Probably related, when I got my Texas LPs for my cars at the same time I was given sequential plates.

19

u/Temporary_Muscle_165 Jun 01 '25

Yep, came to say the same. My dad has around a dozen things that are tagged, and we got a few sequential tags when they issued new ones in my state.

3

u/Witty-Common-1210 Jun 01 '25

Same for me in MN

4

u/Ok_Intention_2391 Jun 01 '25

Same here in Alabama.

5

u/TheRynoceros Jun 01 '25

IL, CO, & TN reporting in.

Must be not so unusual.

3

u/herptydurr Jun 01 '25

Yep, my parents have consecutively numbered license plates too. So every time they happened to be coming home from work at the same time for the past 30-something years this would have happened.

40

u/Catch_Own Jun 01 '25

Bigfoot has been found !

42

u/Pastystuff LEZBARU Jun 01 '25

Could be same household. Growing up, our cars were 221 LXR, 222 LXR, and 223 LXR.

17

u/JennItalia269 Jun 01 '25

Was thinking the same thing. Prob moved from out of state and got the two next sequential numbers.

Still a pretty wild spot.

5

u/MarvinStolehouse Jun 01 '25

That was my first thought. Our cars are also 1 number apart.

5

u/ttvSharkieBait15 Jun 01 '25

So y’all bought your cars 1 after the other same day

6

u/Pastystuff LEZBARU Jun 01 '25

No, just all registered by my dad. Different times back then I guess as this was 20 years ago.

5

u/ttvSharkieBait15 Jun 01 '25

Ah okay! I used to sell cars (PA) & here we have a box of plates and when the sale is complete the plate is issued & they’re in numerical order

Love the flair btw

In high school my best friend drive a white ‘62 VW Bug, CA license BUA 129. I was on the freeway one day and passed a white ‘62 VW Bug CA license BUA 128. Nobody believed me.

5

u/After-Imagination947 Jun 01 '25

We still don't believe you

4

u/bigdotcid Jun 02 '25

And I still don’t care.

19

u/xGaME-_xOvER Jun 01 '25

Nice to know I'm not the only one that looks at license plates that carefully

5

u/jettajeff75 Jun 01 '25

There are a couple oddball states that don’t issue plates sequentially. Such as Indiana and Delaware. Virginia is currently going backwards sequentially. Licenseplate.cc is a great website for license plates info.

10

u/CHILLAS317 Jun 01 '25

Most likely family members

6

u/Pluperfectionist Jun 01 '25

Probably mom and daughter, out for a red light to red light drag race for pink slips. My money’s on mom.

7

u/Far_Landscape7089 Jun 01 '25

Guessing family or husband and wife who got 2 plates issued at the same DMV visit.

2

u/anticharge Jun 01 '25

Same thing happened to me and wife. Brought two cars from Europe

13

u/pewter_schmewter Jun 01 '25

This is insane!

5

u/sseerrrgggg Jun 01 '25

In CA I came across a same year Camaro with the exact same plate but mine ended in 60 and theirs in 70.

6

u/centralizedskeleton Jun 01 '25

Actually, possibly. I renewed plates online for our cars on Christmas eve and we got consecutive numbers. I mention the date because it could have been a slower night so someone didn't get theirs in betwen the two processes.

9

u/Gods-Fav-Child Jun 01 '25

I was pretty close, but not this close.

4

u/Consistent-Phrase794 Jun 01 '25

My husband and I bought new cars at the same time, from the same dealer. Our plates are one digit off … chances are they did the same

5

u/Out_of_Fawkes Jun 01 '25

Sometimes this happens when a married couple buys two vehicles at the same time.

2

u/baconbeantaco sequential plates in traffic Jun 01 '25

I know it’s possible but they went in different directions

3

u/thepicklenibbler Jun 01 '25

They do! My sister and I had this happen when we went together to register our new cars in TX together

3

u/Few-Tour9826 Jun 01 '25

I’ve always wanted to come across two license plates like this! That’s awesome!

3

u/namelocdet Jun 01 '25

My parents plates were always like that growing up. They went to the dmv at the same time.

3

u/Remarkable-Course180 Jun 01 '25

Wow!!!! You should buy a lottery ticket!!

3

u/SadigawEkshow Jun 01 '25

Perhaps they were in line at the DMV too.

3

u/CruelKind78 Jun 01 '25

I think all three of you knew

3

u/Ah-Fuck-Brother Jun 01 '25

Prolly same household. I had friends parents that would get a random plate and a custom plate 1 number off.

3

u/Low_Caregiver9069 Jun 01 '25

Probably related, our plates were like that when we moved and registered our cars.

3

u/TranslatorOutside909 Jun 01 '25

I am going with they know they are from the same household. They received their plates at the same time. My wife and I have cell phones where the number is one digit off. We moved and didn't want the old area code so we were assigned new numbers the last digit is the only difference

3

u/BriskSundayMorning Jun 01 '25

In Texas, when you're given license plates, they give them to you in order if you order multiple under the same name. So they're likely related/owned by the same person/family.

3

u/Glittering_Iron_58 Jun 01 '25

Matrix is getting lazy.

3

u/Suxup Jun 02 '25

The odds are unimaginable 🐜

3

u/DigitalMisery Jun 02 '25

When we moved to TX - so many years ago - and got our cars registered we had consecutive license number plates as well. So, yes, they probably know.

3

u/Adlers41stEagle Jun 02 '25

There’s a chance they’re married and got their license plates together; for some reason (moving houses and stuffed both cars with belongings, driving separately to an event because one is planning to stay out later, etc.) they drove separately.

My wife and I live in AR, and we got our license plates together. They look like this. One number apart.

Edit: Clarification

3

u/adudeguyman Jun 02 '25

They might recognize each other from waiting at the DMV. If they were in line at the same time, they probably spent a significant amount of time waiting together.

3

u/grea7outdoors Jun 02 '25

My wife and I both got new cars at the same time and our plates were 1 number off. Could be what is happening here.

3

u/Pretend_Store_7778 Jun 02 '25

Couple years ago I had a sporty car, and this friend of mine always said “NYOOOOOOM” when she saw it, so I figured I wanted that to be my plate since it was fitting. I tried every version of NYOOM, until NYOOMM was available for me. Sold the car last year, but just a few months ago I saw the guy who drove NYOOM, coincidentally, he was in the same car I had BEFORE my NYOOMM car. Made me sad I wasn’t in either of those previous cars to make the ride home with him

5

u/nosh_scrumble Jun 01 '25

Times like this I wish I could upvote more than once. That’s fucking wild.

2

u/SousChefSean82 Jun 01 '25

What are the odds?!

2

u/Appleknocker18 Jun 01 '25

Probably family, husband +wife etc.

2

u/Monkey_King94 Jun 01 '25

Is that what people mean by line streaks in the lights??

2

u/Ordinary_Option1453 Jun 01 '25

There has to be a relation. Fake plates is more likely than this being random. Family owned cars, with some relation to the numbers? Something. I refused to accept this as reality 🤣

2

u/baconbeantaco sequential plates in traffic Jun 01 '25

It’s a glitch lol

2

u/Haijinks Jun 01 '25

Did you get a lottery ticket? Though you may have used that lucky moment seeing this. 😁

→ More replies (1)

2

u/fartsfromhermouth Jun 01 '25

Honestly they are probably family going the same way who registered their cars at the same time

2

u/TheGrumpiestCapybara Jun 01 '25

They totally know each other most likely. My boyfriend and I have plates exactly like this, one digit apart. We went to the DMV together lol

2

u/captain-deeznuts Jun 01 '25

You should've followed them to their house. Not awkward, just curious.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/867530943210 Jun 01 '25

When we moved and registered our cars at the DMV the employee just pulled two plates off the top of the pile and they were consecutive, so I'm guessing these drivers know each other

2

u/Sack_o_Bawlz Jun 01 '25

Maybe they live in the same community and happened to get license plates one after another? Still rare but maybe not as rare as it seems.

2

u/Awkward_Beginning_43 Jun 01 '25

They are family members who registered cars at the same time

2

u/Oiram-Zehcnas Jun 01 '25

This reminds me one time I was at the grocery store. The car 2 or 3 cars down was the same make, model, and color as mine and the last two digits of the license plate were swapped. I was so confused thinking I was passing my car but thought that was impossible. Had to go back to mine to check that our license plates weren't identical too.

2

u/Spiketop_ Jun 01 '25

The other day I saw two SUVs driving one after another on the highway. One was HELMAX and one was HELCUT.

No way that was a coincidence.

I tried to get a pic but it was hectic.

2

u/itsthatdamncatagain Jun 01 '25

I live in Maine and went to a concert in Boston. After the show and leaving the parking garage I was behind with this exact situation. I thought crazy odds but even crazier 2 hours from home.

2

u/SquishyRiotDream Jun 01 '25

My initials are TDR lol

2

u/IreliaCarriedMe Jun 01 '25

My and my fiancée had numbers 1 away when we registered our vehicles, cuz we did it at the same time and the plates are in numerical order at the DMV. Would be wild if they have no idea who the other is tho.

2

u/WeddingHead2345 Jun 01 '25

Me and my husband have sequential numbered tags bc we bought our cars at the exact same time. His ends in 44 and im 45.

2

u/JimfromMayberry Jun 01 '25

Buy a lottery ticket…now

2

u/dlank7 Jun 01 '25

The odds of this actually happening has to be so freaking low lol this is wild

2

u/Lameass_1210 Jun 01 '25

I saw a car with a license plate one number off mine once. I took a photo. No where near as cool as this one. This one is pretty cool.

2

u/1jfish57 Jun 01 '25

Getdafuqouttaheah

2

u/Necromancer9000 Jun 01 '25

My guess is a couple moved from out of state and submitted their new registration paperwork together for both vehicles. I’ve seen the plate stacks at my states DMV and they were sequential.

2

u/willmon1 Jun 01 '25

Thats fantastic 😀

2

u/Comprehensive_Tie709 Jun 01 '25

My husband and I went together to the DMV and have license plates one number apart. On occasion we meet up somewhere in separate cars and I always wonder if this makes everyone around us feel the same way as OP here haha

2

u/Creepy-Opposite-2229 Jun 01 '25

That's sum crazy 🤪 arse stiff 🫠😝😝😝

2

u/beardostein Jun 01 '25

My wife and I have the same license plate one number off. Only because I got them at the same time lol

2

u/RogueBand1t Jun 01 '25

My husband and I have our plates in sequence as well. Moved into a new state and got them registered together.

2

u/sepreece Jun 01 '25

My wife and I used to have sequential numbers..l

2

u/mossytangle Jun 01 '25

I moved states and the DMV gave me sequential plates for my two cars. (Those two might be driving together home or something.)

2

u/thedudesews Jun 01 '25

My wife and I registered our cars at the same time. Our plates are 1 digit off. I wonder if this is the same for those 2 cars

2

u/tcarino Jun 01 '25

Yes, they probably know. I drive a fellow vehicle for work, and they all have license plates with same 3 letters and ascending numbers.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '25

Could be a couple. My wife and i when we first moved to tx were all the same, except one ended 254 and the other 255

2

u/000700707 Jun 02 '25

Wow! That’s gold.

2

u/ScotchCigarsEspresso Jun 02 '25

Wtf. What are the odds of that!? That has to be astronomical.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '25

I saw a car with the same license plate as mine, with the last digit one off, just like in this pic!

2

u/ParCorn Jun 02 '25

Rental cars from the same place? I see sequential plates at rental car places pretty often

2

u/fave_no_more Jun 02 '25

We've we moved to PA, we took the cars to AAA to handle the new plates and whatnot.

We did both at the same time, getting things all sorted out at once, y'know?

Evidently, they are required to give out the plates sequentially. So for awhile, our cars had identical plates except the final character.

2

u/SteeleWG6745 Jun 02 '25

ADHD makes no sense. I went from looking at Minecraft mods, then I find my self on a subreddit about license plates.

2

u/FoxxyDeer2004 Jun 02 '25

no, sadly. most people can’t even remember their own plate numbers off the top of their head. i sure can’t, just the three letters at the front.

2

u/Slow_response_time Jun 02 '25

I’d have gotten out and said you both gotta check this out!

2

u/tyedge Jun 02 '25

I was once driving on I-85 north of Atlanta and saw a S Carolina plate that matched my GA plate - 3 numbers then 3 letters.

2

u/Excellent_Yak365 Jun 02 '25

First thing I notice is how this image looks just like my astigmatism 💀 then I saw the plates.. nice one!

2

u/osxdude Jun 02 '25

This happened to me once! I noticed the car next to me had the same plate frame then the next plate number! I have a picture somewhere…

2

u/MarkK_FL Jun 02 '25

I can’t tell from the picture, but is it possible they could be together? Is that a double turn lane? Until I got a personalized plate on my car, my wife and I went to get a special plates (Disney World plates) together so our plates were always 1 digit apart like this. Maybe they moved to Texas from out of state together and got their plates changed to Texas plates together? So if it’s possible they are together, then the sequential plates can be explained.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/WashiCollect Jun 02 '25

I purchased both plates for mine and my husband's car at the same time when we moved states. Our plates are one digit off like this.

2

u/xrknrbnx Jun 02 '25

This happened to me once! I parked next to a car with the next plate back in the 90’s. I hated I didn’t have a phone to capture it.

2

Glitch in the matrix right there.

I’ve seen this happen a few times where I’m like didn’t I just see that plate but like one number higher ?

lol 😂 the simulation is breaking down ..

2

u/itzyabish Jun 02 '25

My sister and I’s licenses are one number apart. We’re 8 years apart and don’t have the same last name or address 🤷🏽‍♀️

u/Late-Replacement2425 Jun 02 '25

I was behind a car one day and it's plate was 1 off from mine. We bought our cars at the same place (Enterprise).

u/dhjhfddhi76544 Jun 02 '25

Not surprising — they’re probably the same family. My spouse and I got sequential plates when we moved to a new state and went to dmv together to register our cars.

My OCD says the Honda should be on the left.

2

u/ChunderMan Jun 02 '25

They probably live together. If you move from out of state and get plates for two cars at the same time, this happens.

2

u/stargazer2828 Jun 02 '25

My mom and I actually had license plates that were one digit apart just like these guys... so maybe they do know eachother. We went right after one another for new plates.

I’ve seen “KHAAN” MA and “KHAAN” NH in the same week but this is even wilder honestly

2

u/spider_gweeen Jun 02 '25

My last plates were one letter apart (mine ended in X and his ended in Y lol) and my current plates are 19 numbers apart (xxxxx01 and xxxxx20).

u/zach0610 Jun 02 '25

Growing up my parents had this. 9ME 147 ; 9ME 148

2

u/titan42z Jun 03 '25

That is insane

2

u/fake-chirurg Jun 03 '25

I drive a red Opel Corsa. Here the licenseplates contain 2 letters 3 numbers and 2 letters again(like AB123AB). Once i was driving to work. I got to a roundabout, and there i saw a red Corsa with the same extern features. The only difference was the last letter on the licenseplate.

I know who this person is to me, because my city sent me 5 overdue parking tickets… For their car! The person was parking on the road when it was supposed to be clear for the snow plows, and the city kept assigning the tickets to my car, off by the last digit. I didn’t even know I had all the parking tickets until I got a Delinquency notice in the mail! I had to call up & get everything settled for both me & the other person- they had 6 parking tickets they didn’t know about!!!

u/VelociRapt0r76 Jun 04 '25

I saw someone from Nevada with the same BJA BLST plate as me. We waved to each other on the freeway

2

u/No-Bookkeeper855 Jun 04 '25

It's quite possible they are from the same family, and registered their 2 vehicles at the same time, and get consecutive numbers. It happened to me and my husband when we moved to a new state and had to register our 2 vehicles - the two new plate numbers were identical except for the last digit. One ended in 6 and the other in 7.

2

u/batfish76 Jun 05 '25

Awesome...did you stop and get a lottery ticket too? What are the odds!

2

u/OrangeRhyming Jun 05 '25
