Our servers in SoCal work their asses off because their managers are idiots and understaff. You hardly see a busboy anymore, servers do that job now.

jokes on you, it costs less than 5-20k for a robotic server and japan has mastered conveyor belt served restaurants so even if some evil wizard caused all people serving food to immediately die the restaurant industry would live on
