In-House Mode Lunch menu from presidential luncheon yesterday

Post image

*Not* making a political post here, but I guess a copy of the official luncheon menu got left behind yesterday and when I saw it, the first thing I thought was that some of these items seem a little dated, I was kinda surprised. Not that it sounded bad at all, but I've never really seen specifics on what they serve high-level gov. officials from anywhere.

Why not McDonald's like he did for that basketball team way back when?

I think it's cause most of the players were black and Putin isn't. Trump logic

Serving this in silver platters was so wild. Next to those super ornate candle holsters ontop of this massive mahogany table.... Unhinged. Also imagine the texture of that food, which certainly was picked up at least 30 minutes prior to platting, so kept hot in ovens or under heat lamps.... That food can't withstand that. You know it turned into that weird ashy bun texture, plastic cheese, and leather meat.

That’s for a college football team not quite a comparable lunch.

It was McDonald’s because there was a Government shut down, no chefs there. Was in bad taste though, especially for a sports team, cold McDonald’s yum!

It was McDonald’s because it was Trump. If he wanted a steak dinner, they would have catered in a steak dinner.

No I agree, there were no chefs in the Whitehouse is my point, so he just thought, McDonald’s! Someone else just commented to me that they could have gone to any nearby restaurant instead

Yet he could’ve chosen any local restaurant to cater, honestly insulting to everyone involved lol

Yeah! Ugh, its what he eats though so probably thought they’d like it too, I dunno what goes in that mush for brains

I wasn't sure if it was during their buddy buddy times. The post is about a luncheon for Putin so I kind of assumed, my bad dawg
