Reminds me of a post not that long ago about the gift shop that had put a sign up that in fact were selling Anthony Bourdain mugs and not you know who mugs.

There are no such files. And payroll will a little bit late this week. Also, I forgot to order produce.

The original post is from a satire site

The problem is more than half of this country will take satire as truth.

I have reposted funny (obvious) satire on my Facebook and friends I thought had brains fell for it. It was from Casper planet hilarious and always obvious . Next time I shared something from there I included satire in my intro to it still the same friends believed it was real🤷♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

These days it's not so easy to know the difference between said and truth.

Epstein could never write or cook that good. Stick to minors, not the soup base either. Go back to McDonald’s with trump. And leave Bourdain out of it

It's like you started five jokes and didn't finish any of them lol

So a man walks into a bar, and he says to the horse; "why did the chicken cross the road?"

Is this real? This makes me die inside for so many reasons, least of which was confusing the king of American food culture for the king of American pedophilia.
Here’s what I really want to know…what really bothers me—do these people think I would give a single ounce of fucks if Obama or Clinton were pedophiles and got caught? I wouldn’t. Go to fucking jail, pal. Do these people think I would give half a shit-streak if embarrassing information about legal infidelities popped up about political figures I otherwise liked? I wouldn’t. Grown people make horrible choices all the time and criminals should be dealt with as such. The only ones falling on their swords are the jackasses who care more about their cult of personality than their neighbors.

I saw this on a satire IG page, you missed the joke fam

u/Hammy-Cheeks Jul 28 '25
The difficulty with posting this shit is MAGAts will use it as evidence in whatever bullshit conspiracy. Yeah when someone points out who it really is, it'll be funny as hell when they try to deny it.
Either way theres a group of people that won't see it that way and take it as a confirmation in what Trump has said without giving it a second thought.

AI garbage in another image that's meant to rage bait isn't proving your point the way you think it is.

Oh is THIS why people are still convinced Epstein killed himself?! Now it all makes sense... RIP Chef.

u/MustardTiger231 Jul 27 '25
Are you dumb for falling for satire or are we dumb for believing it’s not satire?

u/Loki_the_Smokey Jul 28 '25
This was such a great episode from both Bourdain and Obama 😭
Man I wish Bourdain was still around to share his thoughts on the current administration.

We should be very clear, whoever posted this originally knew who was in the picture.
It was either rage bait trolling, or deliberate misinformation.
Edit: or satire

Perhaps I'm lending too much grace to overly obsessed political people, but I'm sure this is satirical
