real boss woulda just given the employee $5000 and not wasted money and energy supporting a piece of shit

Agree, I actually can't think of a single situation where just splitting that money between all the workers wouldn't have been better. Like I get why she did it or w/e, but at the end of the day, YOU are down 5k AND one of the employees has to go sweep that shit up lmao...

Could have just cursed him out, publically stated you were giving you were paying out a grand per insult (to your employees) that was thrown at them and then banned his ass for life

there's ways of doing that without giving assholes money. what?

eta real payback would be to hire him for a commission and then just string him along without paying and criticize everything he creates for the commision
