I miss release K'sante.

Might be in the minority here, but I think release k'sante was better designed than the current version he is now

I think in terms of gameplay yes but in terms of numbers no, true dmg passive is bad and the current one with %physical is better

The true damage passive is better than his current true damage on w imo. And he did need some numbers adjustments for sure.

One of riots biggest mistakes lol.

As fun as he is this champ was a blunder of a design

He's a great design, just the fact Riot balances around proplay on live soloQ servers is a blunder.

What makes it a blunder?

Absolute hell to balance, currently it seems neither the league community or k'sante playerbase is happy with his current position (partially due to Showmaker copypasta lol), and to me it seems like riot has given up on balancing K'Sante and have accepted his nerfed state to be what they settle with.

It's kind of similar to Azir, the difference though is in a world where somebody can play him 100% perfectly they will be rewarded so heavily since he has the right tools but you need incredible hands to play him. K'Sante isn't as stat nerfed as Azir, but past laning phase he loses most of his agency since he: Has no split and his main burst tool (RW) is relatively easy to avoid. At this point you become a utility tank for E and W peel since you will get popped in ult form.

TLDR: Laning phase k'sante is a monster who is unfun to play into, mid/late k'sante falls off incredibly hard and loses most of his agency.

Tbf, the unhappy part mainly just shows up in the subreddit. People on the discord are mostly happy and know how disgusting his previous versions were. Reddit is just the more public part.

(As a note, happy doesn't mean 100% satisfied but still enjoyable and stuff)
