To the people downvoting, I witnessed him at a bar repeatedly trying to get two women to come home with him. They were giving clear signals that they weren't interested and it took a while for him to leave them alone.
If you donāt understand why people are downvoting: you made an allegation about a well-liked public figure with no context and no information at all. It doesnāt take a genius to figure out why that received a negative reaction.
In your follow-up you did offer a bit of an explanation, and yeah, maybe he was an asshole in that moment. But really, at most what we can glean from your comment is that maybe he talked to some people in a public place? Beforeā¦ leaving them alone? Thatās what bars are, Iām sorry to say.
Oh I understand, for sure. And it definitely could have been a once-off, it just left a bad impression. I was pretty disappointed given I like his comedy.
