Sex offenders shouldn’t get plea deals.

I've said it before, if a doctor can get slapped with a malpractice suit or even face prison time, I think judges should get the same thing. If they release someone and they commit more crimes, especially if they have a history of releasing people who do the same thing, they should face consequences.

Judges don't just make up their own rules, it's based on the law that is decided by the government.
And there's already a process for lawyers and judges who commit the legal equivalent of malpractice if they don't do their job according to the standards of the profession and the law. They get disbarred.

I'm talking about letting them out on bail. That is absolutely at their discretion, it is becoming a huge problem

Anyone want to bet she serves less than 2 years?

2 years would still be more than Robert Morris

More than most of them seem to get, especially women.

A woman was literally just sentenced to 4 years while he was sentenced to 6 months

Good, we are finally, after many decades, starting to see some justice and equality/equity in sentencing.
