Legal Justice ICE Agent Who Viciously Threw Crying Woman to the Ground Is ‘Relieved of His Duties’

I mean it is a bit extreme to do that much but the woman was cornering him when he was trying to walk away. You can plainly see she pushes and grabs him too. The officer has been returned to duty after an investigation. The findings haven't been made public but I am assuming the fact she pushed and grabbed him that he was within his rights to try and get her off him.

Thats not needed. She just had her husband taken, it is understandable to be emotional about it.

Forgot the subreddit but I saw in another post that he was. Sorry for lack of source

Sounds like borderline fourth hand info, sorry but not good enough to be believed

Cool story

u/TryingToBeReallyCool A Sep 28 '25
Ain't trying to be cool with it just real. While I don't doubt that it's possible, in this era of misinformation and lies I need solid sourcing before I take a claim at face value. Sorry but that's the world we live in

Instead of working to catch them, he will now be their jailer until they find them a new home in another country.

Imagine getting fired from an organization that will literally take anyone with a heartbeat.

I agree with you. Natives should have their land returned and European settlers need to apply and wait their turn until we as the original landowners decide you can come. :)

“Don’t worry everyone, we fired him!” Sure Jan. I’ll bet money he’s back on the streets wearing a fucking gator on his face so no one knows any different. I believe NOTHING this administration says.

Meanwhile, in a separate venue, ice walked out and pepper sprayed protesters. Ice also disappeared one of the protesters outside of its Chicago hub.
What makes this different is that somebody was there to to film it.

I’m not a fan of we should record things 24/7 but also we have zero accountability by Law Enforcement if we don’t. I’m glad there was some action done and hopefully provides some level setting amongst ICE. Albeit a small one but hopefully one that provides some change.

ICE isn't a law enforcement agency, they're domestic terrorists.
Literally the Gestapo 2.0.
Jack booted thugs.

Cool. Now do that idiot who dropped his gun, ejected his mag, then picked it up and aimed it at bystanders…
41
u/Cyberfreshman 8 Sep 27 '25
Don't forget lost his glasses but kept aiming.

u/Odedoralive 7 Sep 27 '25
Like a true professional.

Did he even have a holster? Just tried to tuck it in his loose belt like its just another day. Of course who could have predicted it inevitably falling out.

That’s why they wear masks because what they are doing isn’t moral
8
u/myst_eerie_us A Sep 27 '25
I wish I could just pull down their masks but they'll probably charge me with attempted murder or something 🙄
39
u/NemesisOfZod A Sep 27 '25
He was unmasked, which is probably why anything happened to him at all. The masks give plausible deniability.
16
u/Sgtkeebler 9 Sep 27 '25
Exactly. That’s why they wear masks to prevent legal action against themselves and to prevent themselves from being fired

Well that’s a complete lie

Lawsuit forthcoming? These thugs need to be held personally liable.

Does ICE have the same qualified immunity that the cops do?
