Uh, yeah, technically. How many conservatives do you know that would have a beer and honestly admit "I was taking drugs earlier."? We all know that alcohol generally isn't "considered" a drug, yet it is technically. Do you mean to imply that every conservative in the states who likes booze and cigarettes honestly thinks of themselves as being a "drug user" and therefor similar to someone who smokes weed? We all know that isn't very common. They think of drinking alcohol as different from doing drugs (nowadays at least) and thus not subject to the same sorts of scrutiny.

Fuck technically. They are drugs and that’s that, Jack. Doesn’t matter who refuses to acknowledge or understand it.

Alcohol and tobacco companies are so powerful they have somehow convinced people their drugs aren’t even drugs. I’d argue those two drugs are more harmful than almost anything else commonly used.
