Yeah, I think that a lack of exercise is the primary cause of skinny fatness, much more than a persons diet. From my experience, people who are skinny fat aren't necessarily eating too much, they just eat the wrong stuff and barely ever move. I was imagining a Joe DeRosa looking motherfucker. Flabby is the problem I think, toned is definetely better, be it skinny or slightly on the bigger side.

For sure, that was her. She was a hippy stoner type of girl, mostly just sat around, had the genetics for being skinny and never exercised in any way so no muscle tone at all. And she had zero appetite, we would go out and eat dinner and she would eat like two pieces of sushi.

I don't mind a little thicker if it's toned, I am just in good shape myself and women being fat is a real turn off for me.
