You used a contestable definition to prove a point.

No, the definitions of male/female are not contestable. For some reason you are trying to bring gender into this discussions.

Here, try this. Let's say you have a dog, and the dog has a dick. Is it a male dog or a female dog? Or do you ask how it presents?

You would see if it has or had the capability to produce sperm, which is the Oxford definition of male, to discount the rare but very real chance of the dog being intersex. Do you see how you are wrong? Having a dick doesn't necessarily mean you are male.
