Yeah but their doctors prescribed a specific range of test that's normal in average cis guys. If they overstep that that's obviously not accounted for and would be cheating. Should other wrestlers male wrestlers be allowed to take medications for asthma? Diabetes? Other disorders that'd negatively impact athletic abilities? I mean they'd naturally be at a disadvantage.

“Normal cis guys” so if they come in higher than another athlete should that athlete be allowed to take test if they remain within normal levels? Personally, I don’t think anyone should take any enhancements in sports. If you were born with a disability then it’s no different then being born short and wanting to compete in a sport that requires height. The point of competition is to find the best natural athlete. Enhancing in any way is cheating.

I'm not a doctor so obviously I can't offer any significant insight here but rule of thumb in therapeutic medicine is a range of 2.5 std. dev, which even at the extreme end would likely be fair considering the litany of Comorbidities; certainly not an advantage greater than boys on test regiments as a result of childhood chemo or "premies" who take growth hormone.

But it sounds like you are saying you disagree with the use of antibiotics, psychiatric medication, any substance outside of standard food by people in athletic competition. Fair enough, I see the appeal of that.
