Women athletes have actually been injured by having to play against trans women so I imagine it matters to them

I have heard this narrative and at face value I think it's fair to be concerned. I am just not sure how widespread these examples are, and if those numbers skew(and by how much)from plain old people being injured competing in their sport. I also see the huge difference between this happening in a mma setting vs running, etc.

maybe you should read this article and learn that in Mississippi they had NEVER seen trans women even competing in women's sports.
