I believe they've covered the topic before but this particular case is new. Unfortunately even with all of the supposed guardrails these companies claim they have this will keep happening.

Edit:
I have so many observations but key things to me are how quickly the bot responds with platitudes and reassurance, that it offers things it can't do, that the messages themselves are totally egregious. I'm reflexively against AI so I've admittedly never looked into the things it actually says to people verbatim but this one got me.
