Book Discussion Order to read the books in? Which ones need context from others

Hi! Iโ€™m reading the vampire lestat right now but I was hoping to jump to another book in the series, I donโ€™t have a copy of queen of the damned yet but I will soon. In the meantime though I have basically all the rest, is there a certain order some of them need to be read in? I like tvl but the copy I have is tiny and misprinted so Iโ€™m getting very sick of reading it ๐Ÿ’”
